Day 10: A Jet!

A pretty common sight around here.

Day 9: Blue Sky

I used the "cross-process" time machine effect from PSP XI on this. Wow! It made the blues pop. The border goes with the effect. You can choose with or without photo edge when you use the effect.

Day 8: Night Sky

I got home a bit later than normal today. The first chance I had to go out with the camera, it was already dark. Dark, at 6:30PM? Okay. Anyway, since I only have a little point and shoot camera, this is the best of what I got. I think the star frame is fun and fitting.

Day 7: Down the Street

My neighbors probably think I am crazy. I stood in the middle of the street to get this one. I pointed the camera straight down the street. I like the way the street causes a gap in the middle of the scene.

All of my pictures today were taken at the same time. The moon was just starting to come out. I thought this one was really pretty...I like plain and simple.


This is the moon from a slightly different angle. I only moved about half a house down the street to get this one.

Day 6: I'm out of the HxH

I took a nap after work and woke up too late to take a good picture. I'm out of the HxH, but I'm still going to keep posting for the month.

Day 5: Same Field Different Season

Last Challenge I posted a photo of this field. This is the same view 6 months later.

Day 4: Getting Cold

Yesterday it was well over 70 degrees and not a cloud in the sky. Today the high was around 35 and it was cloudy most of the day. If you don't like the weather here, wait 5 minutes, it'll change.

Sunset

Today, I went looking for another sky view in my neighborhood. Unfortunately, around here, light poles and wires are very hard to avoid. This view looks out over the highway down the street from me.

Day 2: At 5 p.m.

I took this just before 5 p.m. I was standing in almost the same spot as I was for yesterday's photo. My mom suggested that I use the same spot every day. I don't know if I will or not, but for today...

Day 1: Evening

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! I decided that this time I would try to do 30 days of sky. The sky in West Texas is so big and changes all the time. I think I will have a lot of fun trying to capture it.
